We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG welder in Daviess County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding On a typical shift you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
