Surface coating operator wanted in Russell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Russell County, Alabama. The job is on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Part-time with flexible hours.
