Window glazier — Sac County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a window glazier in Sac County, Iowa. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads On a typical shift you will take site measurements of openings before fabrication; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
