Immediate opening: plant operator (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Webb County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently Day-to-day duties: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels Rotating shifts.
