Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Winn Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a busy restaurant. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
