Great opportunity: crane operator (Oyo State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Ido, Oyo State. On a typical shift you will read and interpret the load chart before every lift; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
