Pastry baker — Kazaure

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Kazaure, Jigawa State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
