Moulder wanted in Kwali

Vacancy available: we are hiring a moulder in Kwali, Federal Capital Territory. Your main tasks: • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
