Now hiring: we are hiring a marble cutter in Warren County, Indiana. Requirements: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team On a typical shift you will cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
