Great opportunity: cake decorator (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ralls County, Missouri. You will work at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Six days a week, one day off. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
