Formwork erector • San Saba County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork erector in San Saba County, Texas. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Your main tasks: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
