Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Collingsworth County, Texas. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
