Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Reagan County, Texas. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
