Bread and bun maker wanted in Pike County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Pike County, Georgia. You will work at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
