Coating plant operator — Madison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Madison County, Ohio. The role involves run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
