Join our team: structural MIG welder (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
