Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
