Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day-to-day duties: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure 2+ years on the tools preferred.
