Surface coating operator — Isiala-Ngwa South

Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Isiala-Ngwa South, Abia State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
