Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
