Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in Greater London, England. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred.
