Commis chef — Edgecombe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
