We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Clay County, Texas. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Full-time, day shift. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
