Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left 4+ years on the tools preferred.
