Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Vermilion County, Illinois. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
