Panel painter • Izard County, Arkansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel painter in Izard County, Arkansas. You will be based in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
