Panel welder wanted in Kent

Now hiring: we are hiring a panel welder in Kent, England. You will work at a busy production line. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Day-to-day duties: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer £2,350 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
