Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Palm Beach County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
