Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes.
