Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Wilcox County, Alabama. The job is at a road-building project. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings On the job you will handle: • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Check for underground cables and services before digging A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
