Fusing press operator — Cumberland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The role involves: • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board You should have: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
