Track-type tractor operator — Garfield County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Garfield County, Colorado. You will be based on a dam or embankment job. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Your main tasks: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
