Press setter operator — McCulloch County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in McCulloch County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
