Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Harney County

Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Harney County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T You will monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
