Join our team: we are hiring a deboner in McDonough County, Illinois. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
