The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
