Halal butcher — Hanson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Hanson County, South Dakota. The job is in a meat processing plant. You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
