Now hiring: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Lamar County, Texas. The job is on a road construction project. On the job you will handle: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
