Baker — Sabuwa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Sabuwa, Katsina State. The role involves: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred.
