Bakery assistant — Yuma County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Yuma County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
