Stitching operator • Montgomery County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a stitching operator in Montgomery County, Tennessee. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Part-time with flexible hours.
