Kitchen porter wanted in Cecil County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Cecil County, Maryland. You will be based in a hospital canteen. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred.
