Power press operator — Polk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Polk County, Georgia. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges. Ideal candidate: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
