What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage On the job you will handle: • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Full-time, day shift.
