What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Full-time with occasional weekends.
