Grill cook — Isa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Isa, Sokoto State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends.
