Immediate opening: we are hiring a dogger in Reynolds County, Missouri. You will be based at a shipyard. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear On a typical shift you will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads.
