We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel beater in Marion County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Performance bonus on top of base pay.
