Protective coatings painter — Switzerland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Switzerland County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator Your main tasks: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
