Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Talladega County, Alabama. On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
